We make you look great on the Web

Web sites are now a common element
of the communications mix and have
become the "go-to" place for information
customers need to make a purchase
decision. As with our print and email
vehicles, we design Web sites as
response-generating mechanisms.

Some clients like the option of having
us manage all aspects of their project.
They appreciate the benefit of a single,
accountable individual. It's easier for
the client to manage and for the
communications/project manager
to succeed.

Following are the main services offered.
Project management is included with
all projects and programs.

Getting Started

The Proposal

All projects begin with a proposal. They vary from one-page summaries describing the scope of work, deliverables, schedule and cost, to multi-page documents that are natural evolutions of the business plan. In addition to the topics covered on the one-page plan, the more complete proposals can include business goals, objectives, strategies and tactics, roles and responsibilities and results measures.

Proposals evolve into plans that are approved by all parties. This formally initiates work on the project.

Cost

Projects can be handled as "time and materials" or as a fixed price project. Most clients opt for a fixed-price bid for the security of knowing the upper limit of their financial commitment. "Time and materials" works well for projects that need to start before the scope of work is fully defined.

Payment is typically billed in three equal parts: 1/3 to initiate the project, 1/3 midway through and 1/3 upon delivery. Larger projects often bill monthly for work delivered.
